Home Inspectors are encouraged to bring their own Inspection
Report. Client Contract,  and laptop computer. The Instructor will
use a combination of sample reports, interrogation techniques,
template forms, and worksheets.  Inspectors are also encouraged
to bring A true copy attest of 266 CMR for reference during the
class.  At the end of the class the Home Inspector will be able to
ensure their Inspection Report does not omit any requirements.

One of the most useful resources for a home buyer is the home
inspector.  The home inspection report may be overwhelming and
filled with technical terms.  The report is written by a professional
home inspector that does not have an emotional bias on the
home.  The buyer may see their "American Dream" and be very
emotionally biased.  This course will educate the buyer on the
home inspection as well as provide a clear method to help you
compare your knowledge before and after the home inspection.
